1. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The original sales receipt or order confirmation must be presented.

Blue Diamond Jewelry reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with these conditions or timeframes.

2. Exchange Policy

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
  • The exchanged piece will be dispatched once the original product is received and its condition verified.

3. Return Policy

  • In line with our commitment to authenticity and exclusivity, refund requests are accepted only within 5 days of jewelry purchases.
  • Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on the banks.
  • We are happy to facilitate an exchange, a replacement in the case of defective or damaged items, or issue a credit note valid for 1 year.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-exchangeable unless found to be defective.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction and trust are our priority. If you receive an item that is
defective or damaged:

  • We will provide instructions for the return and cover all shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

7. Processing Time
